2.1 The Digital Nature of Coffee Writing BYTEBRIDGE SERVICES (PTY) LTD provides a bespoke professional service, not a physical product. Unlike a bag of beans that can be returned if the seal is unbroken, a digital document cannot be "returned" once it has been read and downloaded. Therefore, we do not provide traditional returns. Our policy is centered on a "Satisfaction and Sensory Realignment" guarantee.
2.2 The Revision "Exchange" Process Instead of a refund or return, we offer an exchange of creative direction. If the first draft of your "Signature Blend" description does not match your brand’s "roast profile," you are entitled to two (2) complimentary rounds of revisions. This is where we "exchange" the existing tone for a new one. This ensures that the final "flavor" of the writing aligns perfectly with the liquid in the cup.
2.3 Tasting Sample Policy If you have shipped coffee samples to 6 Bagailie Village, Tarlton, for Mr. Lehlohonolo Cyril Leeto to cupping, these samples are considered "research material" and cannot be returned regardless of the outcome of the copywriting project. We do not provide compensation for the cost of beans or shipping for samples sent for tasting purposes.
2.4 Technical Error Exchanges If we deliver a file that is corrupted or formatted incorrectly for your labeling software, we will provide an immediate digital exchange. We will re-supply the file in the correct format (PDF, Word, or Markdown) at no additional cost. Requests for technical exchanges must be made via email to matildakyei06@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
6.1 Finality of Service All sales at BYTEBRIDGE SERVICES (PTY) LTD are final. Because our "product" is a professional service involving the time of Mr. Lehlohonolo Cyril Leeto, we do not offer refunds once a project has reached the "First Draft" stage. You are paying for the professional expertise and the hours spent researching your coffee origins.
6.2 Eligibility for Refunds A full refund is only issued if: (1) we fail to deliver the project within the agreed-upon timeframe (plus a 48-hour grace period); or (2) we encounter a "Sensory Conflict" where we are unable to fulfill the specific technical requirements of your brief.
6.3 Refund Processing Approved refunds will be paid via EFT to the client’s South African bank account. We do not issue cash refunds. Processing of refunds takes 7–10 business days from the date of approval. Transaction fees incurred during the original payment are non-refundable.
6.4 Dispute Resolution Before requesting a refund, we ask that you utilize our two-round revision system. In most cases, a "bitter" experience can be fixed by simply adjusting the "grind" of the writing. We are committed to making sure your coffee brand sounds as good as it tastes.
