Transparency in the Creative Process At BYTEBRIDGE SERVICES (PTY) LTD , we don't believe in the "black box" of creative work. When you commission a piece of coffee copy, you deserve to know exactly where it is in the production cycle. We have developed "The Roasting Path," a proprietary 4-stage tracking system that allows you to follow your project from a "Green Bean" (Initial Order) to a "Perfect Pour" (Final Delivery).

Stage 1: The Intake (Green Bean) This is where your project begins. Once your payment is confirmed and your sensory brief is submitted, your order status will show as "Intake." During this phase, Mr. Lehlohonolo Cyril Leeto is reviewing your coffee’s data, checking the altitude, varietal information, and farm history. If we are cupping your samples, this is the stage where the tasting actually happens at our Tarlton studio.

Stage 2: The Development (First Crack) In the coffee roasting world, "First Crack" is the moment the bean opens up and releases its flavor. In our writing process, this is the drafting stage. Our writers are crafting the narrative, choosing between "bold and punchy" or "elegant and floral" tones. You cannot request changes at this stage yet, as the "roast" is still in progress.

Stage 3: The Cupping (Review & Revision) Once the first draft is complete, the status changes to "Cupping." We send the draft to your registered email (matildakyei06@gmail.com). You now have the opportunity to taste the words. Does the description feel right? Does it match the roast profile? This is the collaborative stage where we refine the copy based on your feedback.

Stage 4: The Final Pour (Delivery) Once you give the final "Green Light," the document goes through a final polish and grammar check. The status is marked as "Delivered." Your final, high-resolution document is sent directly to you and archived in your "My Account" portal for future use. The "Roasting Path" ensures that you are never left wondering when your marketing material will be ready for the printers.
