Cancellation Policy

5.1 Notice Period At BYTEBRIDGE SERVICES (PTY) LTD , our schedule is managed like a roasting drum—timing is everything. If you need to cancel a copywriting project, you must provide written notice to matildakyei06@gmail.com. Cancellations made within 12 hours of placing an order will be processed with no penalty.

5.2 The "Kill Fee" (Partial Cancellation) Once Mr. Lehlohonolo Cyril Leeto has begun the research or drafting phase of your coffee copy, time and creative energy have been expended. Cancellations made after the brief has been accepted but before the first draft is delivered will incur a 50% "Kill Fee." This covers the labor of cupping, research, and initial drafting.

5.3 Project Abandonment If a client goes "silent" and fails to provide necessary coffee data or feedback for a period of 45 days, the project will be considered "Cold" and cancelled. Any deposits paid will be forfeited. Re-starting a cold project will require a new "Re-Brew" fee to get back into the production schedule.
