TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By engaging BYTEBRIDGE SERVICES (PTY) LTD, via our website (bytebridgeservices.co.za) or direct consultation, the client ("you") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between ByteBridge Services and the client regarding digital copywriting and professional branding.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES ByteBridge Services provides professional writing, CV design, and digital content optimization. We do not guarantee employment, job interviews, or specific career outcomes. Our role is to provide the "tools" (documents and profiles) to enhance your marketability.

3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS The quality of our output depends on the accuracy of the input. You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information regarding your employment history and qualifications.
  • Submit all required documentation and feedback within the agreed-upon timelines.
  • Review all final drafts for factual accuracy. ByteBridge Services is not liable for errors in factual information provided by the client.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Our Property: All templates, design layouts, and proprietary writing methodologies used by ByteBridge Services remain our intellectual property.
  • Your Property: Upon final payment, the specific text and professional narrative created for your personal use belong to you. You are granted a perpetual license to use these documents for your career advancement.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, BYTEBRIDGE SERVICES (PTY) LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of career opportunities or employment disputes. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. INDEMNITY The client agrees to indemnify and hold ByteBridge Services harmless against any claims, losses, or costs arising from third-party disputes regarding the accuracy of the CV content or claims of fraudulent qualifications provided by the client.

7. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gauteng.
