Shipping policy
Since BYTEBRIDGE SERVICES (PTY) LTD provides digital services (CVs and copywriting), a "Shipping Policy" in this context refers to Digital Delivery. This policy ensures clients understand how, where, and when they will receive their digital files.

1. DIGITAL DELIVERY (SHIPPING) POLICY
1. SCOPE OF DELIVERY As BYTEBRIDGE SERVICES (PTY) LTD provides intangible digital products and services (including but not limited to CVs, Cover Letters, LinkedIn Profile content, and Copywriting), no physical goods will be shipped to a residential or business address. All "shipping" is conducted electronically via digital channels.
2. DELIVERY CHANNELS All completed professional documents will be delivered to the client via:
- Primary Email: The email address provided by the client during the intake or checkout process.
- Secondary Channels: Upon specific request, files may be shared via secure cloud links (Google Drive/Dropbox) or WhatsApp for mobile viewing.
- Format: Documents are typically delivered in Microsoft Word (.docx) format for future editing and Adobe PDF (.pdf) for high-resolution distribution and ATS compatibility.
3. TURNAROUND TIMES AND "SHIPPING" SPEED Our delivery timelines begin only once all required information (existing CV, job descriptions, and completed intake forms) has been received from the client.
- Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days from receipt of information.
- Express Delivery: 24 to 48 hours (subject to a priority fee).
- LinkedIn Optimization: 5 to 7 business days as this requires a deeper strategic analysis.
- Please Note: Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and South African Public Holidays.
4. TECHNICAL ISSUES AND "NON-RECEIPT" If you have not received your digital files within the agreed timeline:
- Check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folders, as automated emails with attachments are sometimes filtered by mail servers.
- Ensure your inbox has sufficient storage space to receive attachments.
- Contact us immediately if the file appears corrupted or inaccessible. We will re-send the files within 12 hours of notification at no extra charge.
5. PROOF OF DELIVERY A project is considered "delivered" the moment the email containing the final drafts leaves our outgoing mail server. ByteBridge Services maintains digital logs of all sent emails as proof of service fulfillment.
6. MODIFICATIONS AFTER DELIVERY Refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy regarding the 7-day revision window. Any requests for changes made after the final files have been "shipped" and the revision window has closed may be subject to additional service fees.
